BIOGRAPHY

Ashley Rose is an HIV advocate from Ajax Ontario. She was born HIV positive and has bravely dedicated her life to sharing her story. From speaking at small conferences, on podcasts and local panels to collaborating with organizations such as UN AIDS, The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatrics AIDS Foundation (EGPAF), and the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR) Ashley speaks for those born with and living with HIV. She spoke at the AIDS UN Gala in Geneva Switzerland, participated in an AIDS-focused caucus meeting in New York City and gave her first TEDx Talk -receiving over 200 thousand views. Working with the International AIDS Society, Ashley participated in launching ‘Youth Hub’, an online platform for other youths living with HIV to find and connect. She is passionate about sharing the good, the bad and the unknown that comes with living with HIV and has dedicated more than half of her life to fighting the stigma associated with HIV.
