What are CANFAR Clubs?
CANFAR Clubs are a peer-to-peer program centered on our student leaders’ ability to best understand their peers and find the most effective means to educate their communities about HIV prevention and stigma reduction in a safe environment. Across Canada, hundreds of university and college students have shown extraordinary leadership and dedication in forming CANFAR Clubs within their university or college student union. As youth remain one of the most vulnerable demographics in the HIV and AIDS epidemic, CANFAR Clubs help our foundation reach thousands of young Canadians to spread our message of prevention and awareness, all while raising funds to support lifesaving research.
