With Nêhiyawak (Plains Cree), Red River Métis, and Irish ancestry, Mathew Fleury draws from his lived, academic, and professional experiences to apply grassroots research approaches to issues impacting Indigenous Peoples, including substance use, HIV/AIDS, and 2SLGBTQQIA+ health.
