Justin Anantawan (he/him) is a Chinese/Thai gay man living with HIV in Toronto. He currently works as the BIPOC Harm Reduction Co-ordinator at Asian Community AIDS Services, and is a photographer who documents the stories of LGBTQ2SIA+ folks, PHAs, refugees, people living with disabilities and people living with mental health challenges. Justin has worked as a model scout, HIV outreach worker, photojournalist, fashion photographer, music teacher and teacher of the Deaf in Kenya, The Gambia and Jamaica. He frequently sings as a way of educating the public about HIV/AIDS and fighting HIV stigma. Listen to Justin’s theme for World AIDS Day 2024.
