CANFAR’s Leadership Volunteers are dedicated and engaged volunteers who make up the Board of Directors, the Scientific Advisory Committee, and Event Chairs.

Some of Canada’s foremost leaders in the financial, legal, and philanthropic sectors sit on the CANFAR Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing the mission, vision and direction of CANFAR, while representing the interests of the organization.

CANFAR is dedicated to funding all aspects of research, including: fundamental and applied research, educational and prevention, care, psychosocial initiatives, and community research.
